It’s a legal requirement for employees to receive a payslip on or before their payday.
Payslips can either be printed, given to your employees or sent electronically using our online payslip dashboard.
What must payslips include?
Payslips must include the following, essential information:
- Pay before deductions (‘gross’ wages)
- Deductions, such as tax and National Insurance
- Pay after deductions (‘net’ wages)
Payslips can also include additional information, such as:
- Employee’s National Insurance Number
- Employee’s tax code
- Rate of pay
- Total amount of pay and deductions so far in the tax year
Why let us Produce Payslips for you?
Payslips can be adapted to your personal needs. They can come in many forms and hold varying data. Whilst they do need to highlight the essentials, we can tailor them to yours and your employees’ needs.
Let us take care of your Payslip production!
Here at Easy PAYE, we are highly experienced in the production of payslips. We provide a Payslip Production Service that caters to the needs of businesses of all shapes and sizes.
The process is simple, tell us what you need for each employee and/or department. We’ll take it from there!
Send us the relevant salary and wages information for your employees (of course, we can access this ourselves if you use our other payroll services!), and we’ll produce and mail or e-mail out professional, accurate payslips for you. We can then mail them out to the organisation or to your employees directly if you’d prefer.
